I do have a couple of choices of tube steps for your 2011 Toyota Tacoma Access Cab 4x4, but it will not include the Westin Black Platinum Series 4-1/2 Inch Oval Nerf Bars, part # 21-2775. Those tube steps will only fit the 2005 to 2011 Tacoma Double Cab model.
For your Tacoma Access Cab I have the Westin E-Series Black Step Bars, part # 23-2675. These are a 3 inch round tube design that are black powder coated. Also, the Westin Black Oval Tube Steps, part # 22-5055-1475, which are black 4-1/4 inch diameter oval tube steps that will fit your Access Cab.
I am including a link to a video of the Westin tube steps being installed on a Dodge Ram. The vehicle is different but the installation will be similar.
