Any ideas on how to uninstall a Edge CS tuner on a 97 f350 powerstroke?

You should be able to go through the menu screen of the Edge CS and on the "tune select" page you should be able to select stock tune. Once you install that tune you'll have returned the truck back to stock. This will then let you tune another vehicle.
