The Horst Miracle Probe RV Black Water Tank Sensors # T21301VP can be used on your aluminum holding tank since they have a rubber grommet that isolates the probe from the tank. When you tighten the first nut on the probe the grommet expands to provide a secure leak-proof seal at the hole. This allows the probe to work fine on aluminum as well as plastic holding tanks.
