I need the modular slider for the Trac Rac G2 system along with the knob to tighten it down with the 2 plastic sleeves.

Replacement Nylon Insert for Modular Sliders - # TAFX-42008

Your 2015 Toyota Tundra with the 6-1/2' bed will require the Base Rails #TH21610 to attach the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack #TH43002XT.
