The Trailer Valet XL Trailer Dolly with Chain Drive part # TVXL2 can be used on grass and has a tongue weight capacity of 1,000 lbs so as long as the incline of your curb does not exceed 10 degrees yes, it will work well for you. Please keep in mind that if the grass is wet and the ground is soft this could very well affect the mobility but on a dry day it should not be an issue. Your trailer more than likely has a 380- 570 lb tongue weight so there will not be any problems in regards to weight. You also need to make sure your trailer uses a 2" hitch ball.
I have attached a demo video of the dolly in use for you as well.
