What is the inside diameter of this holder Or what’s the wildest thing you can fit?

The inside diameter of the Rhino-Rack Multipurpose Holders # RRRMPHU is 2-1/4" wide x 2-1/4" high. The length doesn't really matter as whatever you will be carrying will likely extend in front of or behind the holders.
The straps that hold your accessories down are made of a durable rubber so they can stretch a little bit.
