I am sorry to hear about all the damage the recent storm caused on your TruXedo TruXport Tonneau Cover # TX297601!
We do have replacement parts available for this cover, such as the Replacement Tarp # TX2976-CVR, but based on your description I recommend simply replacing the entire cover assembly # TX297601.
You likely would need to replace the tarp (which does not include any hardware), rear and front headers, and other hardware components that may have been damaged such as side rail clamps. Replacing all of these parts may end up costing more than just replacing the unit altogether and will also require a more extensive installation process.
