Troubleshooting TruXport Tonneau Cover Not Aligning with Truck Bed
Updated 08/13/2018 | Published 08/12/2018 >
Question:
I had to remove my tonneau cover to repair my two safety straps. Somehow the cover has moved right of center about 4 inches on the cab header bar. I see it slides on groove between the caver and the cab header, but doesnt seem to move. any advice? Id hate to break it. Thanks.

As you mentioned in your question, the cover should be able to slide along the groves above the cab header so that you can align it with the bed. If it is not moving like you described then you will want to make sure that the end plugs on the header are removed. The plugs will prevent the unit from moving so this is likely your issue.
If you are still having trouble adjusting the cover please let me know and I will be happy to look into this further.
