Does Camera for SH01 Need New Battery if it Cannot Hold a Charge

Question:
The swift hitch camera sho1 will not work unless it is plug in to the charger. Do you thing it might be the battery is no good in the camera?

If you have tried charging it and it will not hold a charge then yes, the battery is what needs to be replaced. This is the part # PB02 that you referenced.
