If you install the Brake and Tail Light L.E.D. Trailer Hitch Cover # FHG72VR on your 2018 Ford F-150 the truck is going to think that a trailer is connected and will turn off backup assist sensors and you'll get a bulb out error code. Reason being this uses trailer wiring to activate and when your truck senses wiring of a trailer the sensors turn off. Since this draws such a small amount of amperage the truck also thinks a taillight bulb is malfunctioning.
I wish there was an easy work around but you could use the part # C35FR to eliminate the "bulb out" code but you won't have the backup assist feature.
