As long as your MagnaFlow Exhaust System, like part # MF15712, on your 2004 Honda Civic is similar in size and location to your OEM exhaust system then you should have no issues installing the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11204.
Even if your aftermarket system is slightly larger you can manipulate the hangers a little to accommodate the trailer hitch. I have linked the instructions for the trailer hitch for you to look through to help you determine fitment.
