These are perfect size and lbs, but how are these attached? Ball and socket? What size? Bolt? I’m looking for gas struts for a tear galley hatch

The Solera Gas Strut 26", 124 lbs for Short and Flat Awning Arms # LC280343 attaches between awning arms via pins, which go through the opening on the two ends of the strut. According to the manufacturer, the openings on the strut are 3/8", as you can see in the accompanying photo.
