Will the Thule outway 3 fit on a 2005 Nissan maxima. Will the bumper support the weight of 3 road bikes about 60lbs total weight of bikes.

Yes, the Thule OutWay 3 Bike Carrier, # TH56BV, will fit on the 2005 Nissan Maxima.
This rack is tested for carrying up to 99 lbs on the back of vehicles, and will work great with your 3 road bikes weighing approximately 60 lbs., as long as the rack is properly installed.
One tip that I can offer, is that you should position the heaviest of your bikes closest to the vehicle and the lightest bike out farthest. Always carry bikes as close to the vehicle as possible if carrying fewer than 3 bikes.
