Hi there! To mount a 4-bike rack on your 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe I recommend the Curt # 13538 trailer hitch; this is a 2" hitch that will easily allow you to use a 4-bike rack.

As for a bike rack, because you are carrying children's bikes that have smaller wheelbases, the best option is going to be a hanging rack. I highly recommend the Swagman Trailhead # S63380 which has a shank that will give you 3" of rise for additional ground clearance and is long enough to clear the distance from your hitch to your Santa Fe's bumper.

The Trailhead has a 35 lb per bike weight capacity, tilts down so you can access your Santa Fe's rear cargo area, and has arms which fold down that make it easier to store. The rack uses anti-sway cradles to keep your bikes from making contact with each other or your car and it has an anti-rattle hitch pin to reduce the movement and noise you would otherwise encounter.

To protect your investment I do recommend the Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock and Cable Lock # S64031 which will secure your rack to the hitch and your bikes to the rack. Additionally, you are going to need two Bike Frame Adapter Bars # 64005 for your children's bikes, and may need another if your other bikes have a step-through frame; this bar will give those bikes a horizontal mounting point so they can be carried by the rack.
