Is DeeZee Aluminum Cab Rack # DZ95050R Compatible with Toolboxes

Question:
Id like to install a 21inch aluminum tool box against the deezee cab rack. Are they compatible ?

If the tool box is a chest style box that does not go over the top of the bed rails then the DeeZee Aluminum Cab Rack # DZ95050R would work well. If it is a crossover style that does over the bed rails it would most likely would not fit.
