Are Spacers Needed After Installing Front Mounted Hitch on 2018 Jeep JK Wrangler
Updated 07/12/2018 | Published 07/11/2018 >
Question:
I didnt see any reference of how much weight this receiver will add to the front end of a 2 door jeep? My concern is if it will cause the front end of my 2 door Jeep to dip down without any vertical load? If so, I will need to install spacers in the front springs to bring it back to level. Please let me know.

The Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # C31433 has a weight of 24lbs. I reached out to my contacts at Curt and they advised me that when hitch to the 2018 Jeep JK Wrangler you should not expect any vehicle sag.
