The Derale Series 7000 Tube-Fin Transmission Cooler Kit # D13105 is the largest cooler that we have that will fit the 2013 GMC Yukon XL 6.0L V8 Engine. This cooler will make for an awesome upgrade because it has built-in turbulators that agitate fluid fora better efficient cooling. It measures 16-5/8" wide x 12-5/8" tall x 3/4" deep.
The ideal location for a transmission cooler is where it can get the maximum airflow in from of the AC condenser. If there isn't room there the next best location is between the condenser and the radiator and the last place is behind the radiator. The cooler installs on the transmission return line.
Installation of this product requires the Derale Snap-In Radiator Adapter Fitting for GM # D13035.
