Does Bulldog Winch Mount for AEV Bumper on Jeep Come With Mounting Hardware?

Question:
Does this come with both pieces of steel? I have the Backcountry Edition Jeep with the Tubeless AEV front bumper. I believe I need both pieces.

The Bulldog Winch Mount # BDW20209 that fits the AEV bumper of your Jeep does come with mounting hardware, as you can see in the accompanying photo, and it is what I believe you are referring to in terms of both pieces of steel. I have added another photo showing a diagram of how this mount installs on your Jeep's bumper for you as well.
