There are spacer blocks that the instructions say to use with this bolt, but your video does not mention them.

The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75784 referenced in your question is confirmed to fit your 2014 Acura RDX. For your 2014 model, the included spacer block is indeed needed. It will be taped into location on the top of the hitch at the rear most hole. I have attached an image to clarify this.

This Class III hitch will provide you with a 2 inch receiver opening and has a 4,000 pound towing weight capacity.
