We carry tire chains for all four of the stock tire sizes offered for your truck, including your size 275/60-20. You can see all tire chains for this tire size on the page I linked for you, such as the Titan S-Class Diagonal chain set # TC751DC.
Use of tire chains is always subject to the approval of the auto maker. I found in the online owner's manual for your truck (page 657) the caution to use low-profile S-Class tire chains only on the REAR axle and then only on the specific 17-inch tire size P265/70R17. Chain use on the 1500 is not recommended for larger tire sizes such as your 20-inch tires.
You can check your printed manual index under "Tires" in case it differs from the online version I reviewed.
