You'll need a roof rack installed on your 2016 Honda Fit like the Rhino Rack part numbers # RRVA118B-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK438 and then you'll be able to install a cargo box from Thule.
The Thule Motion XT part # TH629706 would fit and work well. This black box has 16 cubic feet of storage space and would be a great choice for the Rhino Rack and your 2016 Honda Fit.
