For your 1998 Honda CRV, you can use the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit - Fixed Arms # BX2218 for a direct fit to a Blue Ox towbar. If you prefer to have the removable arms, then you can use the Roadmaster XL Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # 1528-3 with any Roadmaster tow bar or use the adapter # RM-032 for Blue Ox tow bar compatibility.
