There are no running boards which fit both a 2008 Chevy Silverado and a 1998 Chevy Blazer.
For your 4-door Blazer I recommend checking out the Westin Sure-Grip Running Boards # 27-6125-1105; these are 72" running boards that are 6" wide and have non-slip rubber pads. They are a bolt-on installation and you can even install a LED light kit # 27-6000 for some added style. There is also the option of using the Gap Strip for Westin Molded Running Boards # 27-9901 so you can conceal gaps between your Blazer and the running boards.
