The Replacement Barrel Nut # 853-0446-06 referenced in your question is an original replacement part for the Thule Criterium roof-mounted bike carrier. If you have this bike rack and are needing to make it compatible with your Thule AeroBlade Load Bars you will actually need the Thule Xadapt8 Load Bar Adapter # XADAPT8.
This kit will allow you to mount your Criterium Bike Rack to the wider AeroBlade bars by using its built-in channels. I have attached the installation instructions that you can take a look at.
