If I have the Yakima roof rack system below, will the Yakima Showdown work with it? Its description says, Application: round, square, aero, elliptical, and most factory crossbars Note: Not compatible with roof racks that clamp to vehicle doorjambs. That makes me think its not going to work. : Can you confirm please? The Yakima ShowDown Kayak or SUP Carrier and Lift Assist w/ Tie-Downs # Y04081 does not fit roof racks that attach to door jambs like you have but I have a great solution for a similar rack that will work. For that you'd want the Thule Hullavator part # TH898 which does not have this fit exclusion and does have assisted loading.
