Curt Hitch Compatibility with 2010 BMW 535ix with M Sport Package

Hi, I have a 2010 BMW 535ix with an M sport package. The rear body moulding below the bumper is slightly different from the standard model, Will the hitch fit below it without me having to modify the rear trim?

For your 2010 BMW 535ix with M sport package I reached out to my contact at Curt and he confirmed # C11498 is a fit for all trim packages and models of the 535xi for that year. He didn't have exclusions for the M Sport Package, so he said to his knowledge it would fit without modification.
