Question:
I bent one of the arms on my tow bar. I found a used one numbered 05477 that was in good shape so I ordered a rebuild kit. The one I bent is numbered 038007. I see that the end bushings are different, the no05477 does not have a grove in the end like the no038007 housing has. Can I still get the old type bushing?

What you need are 2 of the Replacement Bushing for Falcon Tow Bar 5250 - Older Version # RM-200031-00.
The repair kit # RM-910003-55 you have will work but since your used tow bar has a serial number lower than 23240 you need 2 replacement bushings that will work with the older model that you now have.
