The clamp that is used for the TruXedo Lo Pro QT on your 2010 Chevrolet Silverado, part # TX571201 with the Cargo Management System or part # TX571101 without the Cargo Management System, is part # TX1115191. Since the Replacement Clamp Assembly # TX1112514 is just a 6 pack of this clamp they are exact replacements for your current clamps.
