Do K-Source Custom Extendable Towing Mirrors Have Lock Positions To Secure Position?
Published 06/12/2018 >
Question:
Do KS62137-38G tow mirrors lock or click into place when they are open and/or when they are closed? On my 2017 Silverado factory mirrors, they have a spring tension sort of thing where once they are in place open or closed, they snap and really lock into place so that they cant move without a pretty decent amount of manual force. This is good, I would not want these to move around and constantly need to be adjusted because of wind, someone lightly bumping them, etc....

The K-Source Custom Extendable Towing Mirrors # KS62137-38G do have a locking position just like your factory mirrors. The do secure in place when folded toward your vehicle and they also secure at their extended and usable point so you won't have any issues with wind changing the adjustment of your mirrors. It would take more than someone slightly bumping the mirrors to change them just like your current factory mirrors. I confirmed this with my tech contact at K-Source.
