Most tub drains are held to the tub surface with a special plumbing putty available at home improvement stores. The part that attaches to the plumbing may or may not be threaded to the drain. It just depends on all the parts involved.
We have shower drain # A01-2012VP but it would not be ideal for a tub. Your best option is a local shop which will have many tub drain options.
We have tub faucet and shower head kits such as # PF214348 but if you wanted a head with a hose you would need to purchase that separately using something like # PF276047. Most of the bathroom items we carry are designed as replacements so a lot of the plumbing and related items would already be present in the RV or trailer.
