I don't see any reason why you couldn't use the Phoenix Faucets 8" Dual Handle RV Tub Diverter and Shower Head Kit # PF214348 in any sort of dwelling. However, there may be requirements for buildings so they meet code so I recommend checking on that ahead of time before purchasing fixtures.
