The Superwinch Terra Series Winch # SW1125220, for example, which has a capacity of 2,500 pounds (we do not currently have a 2,200 pound electric winch available), will draw 25 amps at 0 pounds and up to 162 amps at 2,500 pounds.
The highest rated toggle switch we have available is the Pollak # PK34218, which is rated for 50 amps.
