The Battery boxes we carry, see links, do not include a locking mechanism, but I came up with a solution that would work great to lock the battery box to a trailer frame or any other area you could get a strap around.
The Yakima RipCord Multipurpose Strap Lock, # Y04048, would be a great way to lock a battery box. You might want to modify the length of the strap and figure out a way to secure it to the trailer frame, but it would make locking and unlocking the box simple and would be a great theft deterrent. I produced a short video showing the strap lock on the battery box you referred to, see link.
You may also be interested in the Battery Terminal Protection Kit, # DW00317, to keep the battery connections clean and free of corrosion.
