Will Rampage Vehicle Organizer RA86623 Fit if Rear Jeep Seats have been Tilted Back

Question:
Good morning, I am interested in the Rampage Vehicle Organizer but wanted to know if it would work if I have put spacers in my rear seat that added a slight incline to the back seat. The factory rear seat is at a 90 degree angle and not very comfortable so I added some spacers to tilt them back slightly.

Unless you have tilted the rear seats way back on your Jeep then I am confident that you would be able to install and get to work the Rampage Folding Cargo Rack # RA86623 with little, if any, modification to the product or your Jeep.
