Availability of Replacement Double Hitch Ball for Adjustable Ball Mount

Question:

I have the system with the 2inch ball and 2 5/16ball that you can flip over either way. My question is, how do I replace the balls themselves? I use the hitch A LOT, and the ball is starting to wear significantly. Thank you for your knowledge,

It sounds like you have an adjustable ball mount like the Fastway Solid-Tow 2-Ball Mount # DTSTBM6800 that features both a 2 inch ball and a 2-5/16 inch ball. If this is the model you have, you can easily replace the hitch balls with # DTBM28. In order to replace the hitch balls, you will just need to use the hex adjustment tool # DTBM26 to loosen the hex bolt that holds the ball platform to the ball mount and slide the platform off the mount. Then run the hex bolt that holds the balls in the platform all the way in and slide out the old/existing ball set.
