I need a trailer hitch for hauling bikes. I have the 7 seater and r-line package. Is there a hitch available?

Your 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan R-Line the etrailer trailer hitch part # e43ZR is a confirmed fit and will work well. For trailer wiring you'd then want the Curt kit part # C56403 which is a confirmed custom fit. This would allow you to use your hitch for towing trailers as well as give you a connection point for lights if you decide to use a cargo carrier down the road as these tend to block the factory lights.

If you wanted to do some towing you might be interested in etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
