I need a replacement key for the quick release child bike seat, where can I get one?

The Quick Release Bracket TH100202 that you referenced uses the same One-Key System that Thule bike racks and accessories do. This means that you simply need to locate the number on the face of your lock cylinder and order the correct key.
Replacement Thule keys can be found by entering "THKEYN" followed by your lock cylinder number. The part # THKEYN061, for example the key # THKEYN061 is for a 061 lock cylinder.
