Question:
Ive own a swagman upright bike rack but unfortunately my locking knob went missing part #P1030. Due to not having that part one of the rubber arms flew off aswell. I cant seem to find either part on your website, would part #P1040 fit? Thank you !

To replace the locking knob on your Swagman Upright Roof Bike Carrier # S64720, you will just need the Replacement Locking Knob # P1030. This will work perfectly on your bike carrier and will include 2 keys. The Replacement Locking Knob # P1040 that you referenced is designed for XP Series bike carriers from Swagman and will not fit your Upright model.
For the replacement rubber jaw, you can use part # P311.
