We have great options for tow mirrors that do fit your 2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ but we do not have any custom fit options like the CIPA you mentioned which does not fit your Jeep.
Instead you'd want the Universal Mirror, # WM6600-2, since this mounts to the front door of the vehicle and none of the clip on styles we offer would work.
