For your 2009 Ford Expedition, I recommend the Thule Evo Raised Rail Feet for Thule Crossbars - Factory Raised Rails - Qty 4 # TH710401, lock cores # TH450400, along with the Thule SquareBars - Steel - 60" - Qty 2 # TH712500 to work with your Thule Hullavator # TH898.
I've attached a video of the similar roof rack system on an Explorer with out the extended length bars for the Hullavator compatibility. I've attached a photo of the mounting requirement that has been accounted for in this recommendation.
