The Air Lift AirLift 1000 Air Helper Springs for Coil Springs - Rear # AL60818 are a confirmed fit for a 2009-2018 Ram 1500. The air springs will help level your load and reduce the strain on your factory suspension. This system comes with the manual inflation valves so you can adjust the air springs between 5 and 35 psi for desired ride.

You may want to consider also adding an air compressor to your truck to give you a psi gauge as well as adjustability at the press of a button. I recommend the Air Lift Load Controller II Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL25592 for this application. I've attached a video to assist.
