The Roadmaster MX Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-344-3B does come with the hardware needed for installation and operation. The only additional recommendation I have for this installation is to use the Loctite Threadlocker 262 - High Strength # LT37420. This will keep the hardware tight even with the road vibration to prevent the loosening of hardware.
