Hi, I have a 2006 Chevy Silverado with the 6 1/2’ bed. The cover I have has a stamp on it, see pic. Also provided photo of the part number on the mount part.

I contacted TruXedo with the number on your cover to verify that you have the Lo Pro QT, part # TX581101, on your 2006 Chvevrolet Silverado.
The replacement cover you need is part # TX1117651.
