I have an enclosed trailer with a camper style door handle. Do you have a kit to change this into a 2 way latch where you can open it from the inside?

It sounds like you want to change out a baggage door style latch such as # 295-000015, which opens only from the outside with a key, with an entry door style latch like # 295-000019 or # 295-000002 which also opens from the inside. You can see and select both types of latches on the page I linked for you; just click on the type at the top of the page.
You will want to check the size of the opening in your door to ensue a proper fit.
