The B measurement for slipper spring # e74SR is from the center of the eye to the part of the opposite end where it levels out after the bend. The spring eye center to the end is 26-5/8 inches. The overall length would be about 27 inches.
With worn springs they will flatten out some and have slightly different measurements than a new spring. That is likely what is going on here. Out of the available options for 2 inch wide slipper springs for 7,000 pound axles # e74SR is the best option based on your measurements.
