my truck has a 4 pin trailer wiring and I want to upgrade it to 7 pin, do I need to replace or add relays?

You should be set as far as relays and fuses go, but the only way we sell the 7-way harness for the 2007 Nissan Frontier is with the kits like the part # 118281 that include the relays and the harnesses.
