Question:
The tires are 13" D = 2-5/8", the bolt pattern is 5 on 4-1/2" I understand that the wheels with extend 1/2 " on each side due to 72" hub face to Hub face, no issue there. Please price the correct axle that I need with EZ-Lube spindles - As I understand that has grease zerks in them, right? Could I still use bearing buddies with E-Z lube type or would I have to select w/o the E-Z Lube. Please confirm these questions Thanks!

Thank you for all the information; you seem to know the measurements you need, which are hub face to hub face and spring center to spring center. The closest axle we have to the measurements you gave is the Dexter # 20545I-ST-72-15, which measures 72" from hub face to hub face and 58" from spring center to spring center as shown in the accompanying photo. This axle has a 2,000 lb capacity, have idler hubs with a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern (I have attached a link to a help article on determining bolt pattern if you are unsure of how to figure this) and fit 12" to 15" wheels.
There is another option you may want to consider, which is a Timbren Axle-less Suspension System. You would only need to know the weight capacity you need, though with a 5 x 10 utility trailer 2,000 lbs seems likely. For that you could use Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System with Hubs # A20RS545 which has a 2,000 lb capacity, E-Z Lube spindles and idler hubs that have a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern. This system will either bolt or weld on directly to your trailer's frame.
For a wheel and tire combo, I recommend the Karrier # AM31985 which is a 13" diameter wheel with a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern and ST175/80R13 tire with a capacity of 1,650 lbs at 70 psi.
I've added links to video reviews of the Timbren and Kenda for you to check out, as well as a link to our wheel and tire combos that use 13" wheels and have a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern for for you to take a look at.
