Westin Fey Surestep Rear Bumper # 61001 does not come with mounting brackets. A custom bracket kit would be required since this bumper could fit several different vehicles. This particular model only goes back to 1983 Dodge D50 trucks.
The closest option is # 20022-92230 which is a silver bumper and a mounting kit that fits 1972 to 1980 Dodge full size trucks (excluding step side beds).
