Are Bottom Portion of the Cradle Set # INA451 Available

Question:
Can i purchase the clamp portion as i only have the pad. Better question may what do i need to make this fuctional Re attached photo.

I wish that we had the lower bracket part of the Cradle Set # INA451, but unfortunately these are sold together so you need the complete kit to replace the brackets.
