Can a Pontoon Boat Cover be Used when Transporting a Boat

how would this cover,the storm pro hold up on the highway for a 100 mile trip?

The Classic Accessories StormPro Pontoon Boat Cover, # CA20027, can be used when transporting your boat, but how it holds up depends on a lot of factors. Things like speed, road and weather conditions all will play a part in how the cover responds to travel.
The downfall of a lot of covers is if they are not installed and secured properly and according to the instructions, linked for reference, parts can come loose, flap in the wind and end up tearing even the most well-constructed cover.
Personally, if it were me, I would take additional precautions and use extra tie-downs if at all possible to minimize the points where the cover may come undone. I have included a link to our selection of straps for you. It would also be a good idea to stop periodically and check the cover and readjust as needed.
